Stephen Silverstein is Associate Professor in Spanish at Baylor University. He serves as co-editor-in-chief of the Latin American Jewish Studies Association’s academic journal. He has written about Latin American literature, culture, and history, on different themes, most notably on the representations of Jewishness in nineteenth-century texts.
